Meet The Face Behind Las Vegas Premier Marketing

I’m Joey Ortiz, the proud owner of Las Vegas Premier Marketing.

I look forward to sharing my story. I hope that you will enjoy getting to know me better.

After four years in the US Marines, I moved on to the Army National Guard, where I spent an additional three years. My military role taught me discipline and gave me the confidence to succeed at anything I tried.

Subsequently, once I retired from active duty, I considered becoming an entrepreneur. Around the same time, I talked to someone representing a marketing company who informed me that there were business opportunities available, so I decided to give it a shot.

Since starting my marketing enterprise six years ago, it’s been an eye-opening experience, especially recently during COVID-19. However, I’ve managed to provide employment to locals during the pandemic by displaying courage and grit.

Consequently, I work with determination, and as an individual, I believe what sets me apart from the others is my ability to execute under pressure. I operate with honesty and integrity, which is fondly appreciated by my clients and team. 

I also attribute my success to my commitment to mentor staff, as my philosophy is that ‘I don’t build the business, I build the people, and the people build the business.’ 

Therefore, I endeavor to provide a workplace where employees can feel like they can grow without judgment and have a platform to accomplish their professional ambitions. As a result, watching my crew achieve their goals fills me with immense satisfaction.

When I’m not empowering my team, I love to read, listen to audiobooks, and workout regularly. I also like to give back to the less fortunate and support military foundations. 

I have enjoyed sharing my story about the things which matter to me and how they influence the way I do business.
